Bustling right-back who likes to get forward and is hoping to burst into Trapattoni's full Republic of Ireland squad
Foley progressed through the ranks at hometown club Luton Town, making his league debut in April 2003 against Bristol City.
The Robins' Young Player of the Year in successive seasons, he played a key role in Luton’s rise to the Championship in 2005. A tough, uncompromising right-back, who makes regular sorties into the heart of midfield, he joined Wolves in August 2007 and was a regular in his first season at the club.
Despite being born in Luton, Foley is a former Republic of Ireland U21 international with eight caps and has been called up to Giovanni Trapattoni's full squad without yet making an appearance.
