Midfielder

Jimmy is infact a player from the early 70s that has travelled forward through time to demonstrate how dull footballers are nowadays

A series of characteristic high-tempo displays during the Whites’ battle against the drop in 2007/08 cemented Bullard’s cult-hero status – and suggested he is back to his best after serious knee damage.

A standout presence with his unkempt, shaggy locks, the East Ender was a key man in Wigan’s rise to the top flight, joining Fulham for £2.5 million in May 2006.

Disaster struck in only his fourth game, however, when a dislocated kneecap kept him out for 16 months. A series of inspirational box-to-box performances after his return were capped by the assist that ultimately spared Fulham from top-flight demotion.

After a good start to the 2008/2009 season at Fulham, Bullard's future came under speculation as the midfielder contract was running down. In the 2009 winter transfer window, Hull City spent £5m on bringing Bullard to the KC Stadium.

Quite a good footballer. A tireless, hard working, determined player who gives his all in every single match. Can shoot, tackle, cross, pass, head and dribble the ball well, along with that he is Fulhams central creative fulcrum, and his never say die attitude is just what a team like Hull need to stay up. I do not rate him as international class and even if I did rate him a bit higher I don't think he would be able to get into the England team ahead of Jenas, Gerrard, Lampard, Hargreaves ect. but England could need less, and Bullard does offer a lot.
