Potential match winner for Burnley, still raw but with plenty to offer. Hoping to break into the first team in 2007-8
Local-born despite the exotic-sounding name, Rodriguez made his senior debut as a late sub against Bristol City in December 2007 having come through the youth ranks at Turf Moor.
A raw, wiry player with a good eye for goal, he joined Scottish First Division side Stirling in January 2008 to help him gain experience and strength, and his reward was a new contract at Turf Moor, which takes him up to 2010.
During his time north of the border, he netted three goals in 10 games and will now be looking to break into the Clarets squad on a regular basis.
