Could work on his kicking (gets distance but not accuracy) but in every other area, seems to have grown greatly as he got older, two England finals (U17's and U19's) and both times impressed. One area that would concern me with him is can he be world class? Very good and reliable but never seen him make an outstanding match winning save but still very young and that may come.

From what I've seen, Steele has potential. Not only to one day be Boro's number 1 but he'll be challenging for the England jersey. Same mold Hart was whilst at Shrewsbury.
