Now in his second spell at Prenton Park, Moore has made more than 460 league appearances, scoring 81 goals in the process
Moore returned to the club at which he made his name in the 2008 transfer window, being snapped up by his father for an undisclosed fee.
Moore spent three seasons at Prenton Park before earning a move to Nottingham Forest for £1m in March 1997.
After failing to settle at the City Ground, Moore moved onto Stockport before spending five successful seasons at Turf Moor, where he made almost 200 appearances.
Moore made a scoring return in Tranmere colours in a 1-0 win over Leeds in February 2008 and netted twice more as he re-found his feet at Prenton Park.
