Team captain and two times winner of the Tranmere Fans’ Player of the Year award is a key player and Reggaz-Boyz legend
A member of the famous Reggae-Boyz squad that wowed audiences at the 1998 World Cup, Goodison arrived at Prenton Park in February 2004.
The tall centre-back, who is now assuming cult status at Prenton Park, began his career in his native Jamaica before spending three years at Hull City after arriving in the north east of England in 1999.
The Jamaican was named Tranmere’s captain at the start of the 2006/07 season and, after winning the Fans’ Player of the Year award at the end of the campaign, has become one of Tranmere’s most important on-pitch influences.
