Bustling centre who rebuilt his career in the non-league pyramid before returning to the Football League with the Gills
Mark Stimson made Oli his first signing at the Priestfield Stadium, recruiting the striker from former club Grays in November 2007.
Oli made an instant impression, netting on his debut in a Johnstone’s Paint Trophy win over Dagenham & Redbridge a day after joining, before bagging a brace against Hartlepool to give Stimson his first league win.
A pacey striker or winger, Oli began his career at QPR but made just 23 league appearances for the Loftus Road club, eventually settling at Grays after unsuccessful stints at Ebbsfleet, Farnborough, Swansea and Cambridge.
He netted more than 30 times for the Blues in 100 plus outings, including the opener in the 2006 FA Trophy final at Upton Park.
