Crowd-favourite Moss was only too happy to return to Shropshire following an unsuccessful stint at Crewe Alexandra
Accomplished attacking right-back Moss joined the Shrews for the second time in May 2007.
Originally a trainee with Chester, the Welshman made over 50 league appearances for the Cheshire outfit before making the short switch to Shropshire in 2001.
With his strong tackling, Moss became a mainstay in the Town side during four seasons at Gay Meadow, scoring 10 league goals in 130-odd outings, earning him a £170,000 move to Crewe in March 2005.
But he struggled to hold down a regular starting berth at Gresty Road and didn’t need a second invitation to return to Shrewsbury, where he slotted straight back into his old position and featured over 30 times in 2007/08.
