The Gateshead goal-grabber moved from Middlesbrough mediocrity to become king of Carlisle. It'll be an interesting season...
A former Middlesbrough trainee, Gateshead-born Graham initially joined the Cumbrians on loan from the Riverside in January 2007 and his seven goals in 11 league starts quickly convinced the club of his merits. When his Boro contract ran out that June, he signed a two-year contract at Brunton Park.
Tall and strong, Graham is also adept at bringing others around him into the play. He began to fulfil his true potential in the 2007/08 campaign with 17 goals in all competitions – including at Elland Road in the League One first leg play-off semi-final victory – to make him the Blues' top scorer.
