Former Charlton trainee is one of five players to join Mark Stimson at the Priestfield Stadium from Conference outfit Stevenage Borough
Fuller arrived at the Priestfield Stadium in January 2008 to link up with manager Mark Stimson, whom he had played under at Stevenage Borough.
An energetic right-back, Fuller began his career as a trainee at Charlton in 2004 but failed to make a first-team appearance for the Addicks and, after spending four months on loan at Barnet, moved to Broadhall Way ahead of the 2006/07 campaign.
He featured in more than 60 league games during his 18-month stay with the Hertfordshire outfit before jumping ship with fellow Boro team-mates Adam Miller, John Nutter, Alan Julian and Stuart Lewis to join their former boss at Gillingham.
