Another hired gun from the non-league battlegrounds – Miller is a creative midfielder recruited by Gills’ manager Mark Stimson
Miller began his career at Ipswich but failed to make the grade at Portman Road and instead embarked on a lengthy career in non-league.
After featuring for Canvey and Grays, he came to prominence at Aldershot, being named the 2003/04 Young Player Of The Year by the Non League Paper and earning a call up to what is now the England C side.
A pacy, hard-working attacking midfielder who can also operate further forward as a support striker, Miller was snapped up by QPR in 2004 but struggled to impress at Loftus Road.
After re-establishing himself at Stevenage – scoring 11 goals in 59 league games and winning the 2007 FA Trophy at Wembley – he followed former Boro boss Mark Stimson to the Priestfield Stadium.
